There are four steps to our registration process:
1. Complete an application: Download by clicking the applicable form below.
Registration Form A –Main Registration Form
(All Full-Time Programs, Before and After School)
Registration Form B –Morning Pre-School Registration Form
Registration Form C –Summer Adventure Camp Registration Form
2. Send the application to us by mail, email, fax or drop it off at our office at 3180
New Street. This will put your child’s name on our waiting list according to your
indicated start date.
3. Registration interview: Once a space becomes open, we will contact you to arrange a time to come in and complete the necessary paperwork. We will need confirmation of your child’s immunization and a list of those people you will authorize to be able to pick up your child.
4. Confirmation:To confirm the space, we will need to receive the registration fee and the security deposit of one week’s fees. The amount of the security deposit will be credited to your account at the time you give us notice to cancel registration.
