The Senior Management team includes Peter Knoepfli, MBA, General Manager, Dr. Heather Knoepfli, PhD, Education Director, Kristin Knoepfli, LLB, Assistant Director, and Janine Stewart, RECE, our Administrative Manager.

Our Coordinator of Support Services works with prospective parents to ensure that they have all the information they require. Her aim is to ensure that Brant provides the ‘best’ possible service to our parents so that their needs and expectations are met.

Each Department is headed by an experienced Supervisor who oversees the implementation of Brant's Comprehensive Learning Curriculum.

Brant's program focus is language and literacy. Our Literacy Specialist is responsible for developing a progressive and inclusive language and literacy program from infants through to grade one.

Each major curriculum area (Language and Literacy, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Personal and Social Development, The Arts) is overseen by the Director. This ensures coordination between Departments. It also ensures that our graduates are well prepared for primary school in all areas of their development.

Finally, our staff are dedicated to the 'care' of each child as well as assisting each one to 'learn to the best of his or her ability'.
